JavaScript does not support generic types or methods.

collection IList<T>: The collection from which elements are to be retrieved.
index Int32: The 0-based index position in the collection from which elements are to be retrieved.
count Int32: The number of elements to be retrieved from the collection starting at the index.

IList<T>
