ProcessQueueTCreateSynchronousQueue(ProcessQueueTProcessItemFunctionSignature) Method

Creates a new synchronous ProcessQueueT (i.e., single process thread) with the default settings: ProcessInterval = 100, ProcessTimeout = Infinite, RequeueOnTimeout = False, RequeueOnException = False.
