Remarks

This method is intended to be used in conjunction with calls to the overloads for QueryRecords(String, Boolean, Int32, Int32, RecordRestriction) which are used for record pagination.

If record set is known to have changed outside purview of this class, this method should be called so that primary key cache can be reloaded.
