PriorityQueueTDequeue Method

Gets the item with the highest priority and removes it from the queue.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
InvalidOperationException	The queue is empty.

Remarks

After removing an item from the queue, the heap will need to be fixed, therefore this is an O(log n) operation.
