Parameters
- universalTimestamp  DateTime
- The Universally Coordinated Time timestamp that is to be converted.
- destinationTimeZone  TimeZoneInfo
- The time zone to which the Universally Coordinated Time timestamp
            is to be converted to.
Return Value
DateTimeThe timestamp in the specified time zone.
Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
