Parameters
- value  String
- Input string to process.
- testString  String
- String to be counted.
- startIndex  Int32  (Optional)
- The index at which to begin value
- matchCase  Boolean  (Optional)
- Set to false for case insensitive search
Return Value
Int32Total number of the occurrences of 
testString in the given string.
Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
