Flushes the buffers of a specified file and causes all buffered data to be written to a file.

handle SafeFileHandle

Remarks

Since the Flush(Boolean) method does not actually work, this finishes the flush to the disk file system. Which still could cache the results, but this is about the best we can do for a flush right now.
