LittleEndianToInt64(Byte*) Method

Returns a 64-bit signed integer converted from eight bytes, accounting for target endian-order, at a specified position in a byte array.

buffer Byte*: An array of bytes (i.e., buffer containing binary image of value).

Int64
A 64-bit signed integer formed by eight bytes beginning at startIndex.

Exceptions
