value Ticks: Number of ticks to convert to seconds.

Return Value

Double
Number seconds represented by specified value in ticks.

Remarks

If value represents an instant in time, returned value will represent the number of seconds that have elapsed since 12:00:00 midnight, January 1, 0001.
